We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst & Test Engineer to join our team. In this remote role, you will contribute to both business analysis and software testing processes to ensure high-quality product delivery. You will work closely with Product, Development, and Project teams to analyze requirements, prepare documentation, create test scenarios, and support end-to-end quality assurance activities within Agile environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Engineer in software projects.
- Experience in analysis and testing activities aligned with software development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis processes and methodologies, with attention to reporting and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Ability to manage customer relations within the scope of analysis processes.
- Open to learning, proactive, and able to take initiative.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, result-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Description
- Identify project requirements and perform business analysis activities.
- Prepare functional analysis and design documentation, including application workflows, screen designs, and service specifications.
- Create detailed test scenarios for acceptance testing of developed applications.
- Execute test scenarios, report test results, and track defects.
- Support user acceptance testing processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with development, design, and project teams throughout the analysis and testing lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum practices.
