WHAT WE NEED
Qualifications
- Strong background in business analysis, QA, or hybrid “requirements + verification” roles.
- Excellent skill in writing acceptance criteria and test scenarios that teams can execute consistently.
- Comfort collaborating closely with engineering, design, and delivery owners.
- Experience with API validation/contract testing concepts.
- Experience with operational readiness inputs (runbooks, release checklists).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Description
- Elicit and structure requirements into clear user flows, scenarios, and edge-case matrices.
- Define acceptance criteria and “Definition of Done” inputs; ensure readiness before implementation begins.
- Build and maintain test strategies and plans (manual + automation guidance, regression, contract testing).
- Validate agent outputs against requirements, policy constraints, and audit-readiness expectations.
- Lead defect triage and contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent repeat issues.
