WHAT WILL YOU DO

Job Description

  • Being responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process
  • Develop and maintain effective and innovative methods to meet recruitment needs
  • Working very closely with managers to understand the needs and the requirements of the job
  • Organizing orientation programs for new employees
  • Carrying out entire performance management process in coordination with department managers, especially by evaluating performance, providing feedbacks, creating development plans,
  • Developing processes and systems to strengthen employee engagement and employer brand,
  • Planning the trainings within the scope of the needs analysis,
  • Taking active role in improving company culture.
