Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of experience in technology/IT sector,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,

  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
WHAT WILL YOU DO

Job Description

  • Being responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process such as cv screning and conducting competency-based interviews,
  • Organizing orientation programs for new employees,
  • Carrying out entire performance management process in coordination with department managers, especially by evaluating performance, providing feedbacks, creating development plans,
  • Developing processes and systems to strengthen employee engagement and employer brand,
  • Planning the trainings within the scope of the needs analysis,
  • Taking active role in improving company culture.
