WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications
- Strong experience in either frontend or backend (full-stack is a plus).
- Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, CI/CD basics, testing mindset.
- Ability to reason about edge cases, data contracts, and integration boundaries.
- High ownership for quality and delivery outcomes.
- Experience with design-to-code workflows, design systems, or API-first development.
- Familiarity with incident response, monitoring, and operational checklists.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Description
- Break down work into agent-ready tasks; provide clear context, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate agent outputs into coherent increments (code/config/tests/docs).
- Ensure testability and correctness: unit/integration/contract tests, regression checks.
- Implement observability hooks and contribute to runbooks for production readiness.
- Collaborate with Staff Engineers on technical direction and with Solution Analysts on validation and edge cases.
