WHAT WE NEED
Qualifications
- Proven delivery leadership (project/program management or equivalent ownership role).
- Strong written communication and artifact discipline (requirements, plans, decision logs).
- Comfort working with product/engineering/design in fast iteration loops.
- Ability to define measurable success criteria and enforce quality gates.
- Experience with AI-assisted or agentic delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with operational excellence practices (SLOs, runbooks, observability).
As a Product Engineer, you deliver product features by partnering with AI agents and production-grade tooling. You focus on turning well-defined artifacts into working, testable, operable software—without compromising quality.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Description
- Own project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change control end-to-end.
- Create and maintain the unified artifact chain (e.g., Product Brief/PRD, decomposition, API specs, test plan, runbook) and keep it consistent as a single source of truth.
- Orchestrate agent workflows across design, build, verification, and release; ensure continuous validation and enforceable quality gates.
- Run stakeholder communication: status, decisions, trade-offs, and approvals.
- Coordinate release readiness and post-launch governance with clear ownership, service targets, and controlled releases.
