As an agile and fast-paced technology company, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from initiation to launch. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing multiple client-facing projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and providing clear performance reporting to senior leadership.
WHAT WE NEED
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management within the digital technology ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept through delivery and go-live phases.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized mindset with strong leadership abilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Description
- Take ownership of full project lifecycles—from initiation to delivery—building structure from the ground up.
- Simultaneously manage multiple client-facing projects, ensuring clarity, coordination, and accountability.
- Define project scope, set realistic timelines, allocate resources, and ensure quality across all phases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Development, and QA.
- Monitor team performance, manage risks, and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.
- Regularly report project progress, blockers, and performance metrics to upper management.
- Support the continuous improvement of internal delivery standards, processes, and best practices.
