An omnichannel online grocery platform

The retail giant wanted to discover the deep waters of online grocery before it was cool, and they wanted it to be reachable via every device: web, mobile web, and app. The mobile approach was the centre of CarrefourSA’s online grocery expansion plan, so we designed an omnichannel project that takes advantage of mobile capabilities.

Since their mobile traffic increased and Turkish customers started to use their smartphones in the stores for the shopping purposes, CarrefourSA wanted to deliver seamless mobile shopping experiences via a native app, fully functional on iOS & Android phones and tablets.
